2026 Masterclass

Our Masterclasses  are the prefect option for guests who only have a short amount of time to spend with us.  We will showcase our most popular items in our classes for everyone to enjoy.  These classes are shorter in duration and will provide the opportunity for many more to enjoy our table.

Classes will showcase Pasta, Gnocchi or Arancini  and we will enjoy the items made around the table in the kitchen or under the pergola (weather permitting),  concluding with biscotti and an espresso.  We are a BYO venue and classes will be run at different times of the day so please check the schedule below. Each experience will run for approximately 2+ hours at the venue with a light meal following.  Gather your group and and select your date below.

* Class suitable for children 14 years and over, must be accompanied by an adult if under 18.

  • The cost of the class is $155 per person.

* We are a BYO venue.

* Our cooking school is hosted by a team of dedicated teachers and assistants, all working together to deliver an amazing experience for your class.

* Recipes and ingredients may vary from class to class, so that we can always source the freshest seasonal ingredients available on the day.

* Class start times will vary so please ensure you check the start time for each date.

Dietary Requirements - Please review our FAQ's for all our food allergy information.  We can make gluten free pasta on prior request, please note this will be made ahead of the class. but should you be Coeliac please be aware that there is always flour particles in the air and on the pasta machines and equipment in use.  Unfortunately we can not accommodate dairy intolerance or a vegan diet.  Please note that as we are an Italian cooking school the use of tomatoes, basil, onion, garlic and nuts do feature heavily in our menus.

Whilst every attempt will be made to accommodate individual dietary requirements we are a group class and food is made to share and some recipes being made can not have ingredients substituted.  If you have any concerns about the recipes please contact Jen via email or on 0412 229 521 prior to booking a class.

Mobility Access - Yes we have disability access on our venue.  We request that prior to booking a spot in a class you contact us either by email or directly on 0412 229 521 so that we can ensure the class you book into is best suited to your needs.

Private classes, Team building and Corporate groups – we can tailor make a cooking class and day at our venue to fully cater to the needs of your group.  Please contact Jen directly to discuss how we can create an unforgettable experience for your group.
